Some from this company called me and told they can replace my tool put I need to return it and told them months seens I file the better business bureau and ** and us said u would not replace so I throw it out and now they say they will replace it but I need to said the tool back that I dont have no more and there only telling they will replace it now that no I throw it out seeing they no I cant return older tool seeing throw it out thats messed because when I told I throw it out thats when they told they could replace it befor I said I throw it out they keep saying they wont and cant replace it and when told I throw it out cant get it back they told they could replace it I return it noing I dont have no more they r playing games with meInitial Complaint

I bought a set of power tools from Lowes in 2022. Within a year the battery would not charge. First of November I called Bosch for warranty ******* took my call said they will send a replacement battery. The third week of November I called to check the status they said they did not submit my request. Then I requested them to submit my request for battery replacement and I have submitted all info they required. I have called them many times but they keep on promising they will ship the replacement batter. But As of now January 6 I still have not receive the replacement battery that they promising to ship. I filling this complaint due to their lack of customer service also they seem like they dont ***** their warranty policyInitial Complaint
