Took our daughters truck on July 2, 2024, to Audio Visionz in Mt. ******, IL to have a leveling kit and new radio and speaks done. We picked it up July 3rd. On July 10th the front driver side wheel fell off on her way home from work, due to them not torquing the lug nuts. The front passenger side were also loose that we could take them off by hand. They recommended you torque them at 100 miles, she didn't even have 100 miles on the truck at this point. We called the place on July 11th. The sales manager (at the time) was amazing and had the truck towed and was fixing the damage and replacing all 4 of the wheels, due to the fact her wheel they could no longer get. July 17th, we received a call thinking the truck was done. Were told the person we were talking with was no longer there. He quit because of how Audio Visionz was treating us. The new person we were dealing with told us they were only going to cover 1 wheel. After talking to them they finally agreed to 2 wheels. By this point we just wanted our daughter's truck back. So, we paid for the other 2, which cost us an additional ******. I don't believe we should have had to pay for when it was their mistake. Our daughter could have been severely injured or killed. We are just asking for them to make it right and fix it correctly. If they can't find the wheels, she had on her truck, then yes, they should have to replace all 4 at no cost to us.
