They let me think was not needing any more repairs, that was ready for roadtrip, work, (highway, interstate etc) . Yet awhile later vehicle riding bad.. Asked someone else to help me locate problem. Find out the rear control arms are in very bad condition and were the ones thought they would replace.1- did they replace wrong control arms?Yes, looked and found out front is replaced. (Shouldn't they have noticed the rear were very bad, and ones needing replaced in first place)2- didn't align for 4wd? Receipt shows allignment was done. (Again should have noticed the big problem needing repaired.. Other mechanics have said that whoever did allignment or attempted allignment likely broke the nut/bolt part off.)3-didnt tell me how bad rear control arms are, and acted like didn't need big repair done asap, like all was okay.... didn't own up to their mistake(s).... and they let me drive off in a very unsafe vehicle (whom I drive disabled and elders in and easily could have been in a major accident with anyone else on the road...school bus, etc etc)Looking at receipt from them, looks like the tire sensors weren't done (pretty sure they verbally said they did them) and the front control arms were done instead of rear. No mention in person nor on receipt or any other way that the rear control arms are in horrible condition and it's unsafe... I think there were 2-3 who signed off on repair and seen 5 guys there going back and forth to garage... some cussing and throwing of things heard by myself and one specific customer at same time (we both gave each other a bit of "what the heck going on" look)I'd like for better customer service. Refund for the allignment at least..For them to note on customers receipts what major repairs are needing done and how urgent it is.

This additional picture shows charged for allignment, and didn't note (nor said anything about rear control arms being extremely bad, even when i asked how is everything about 1x per additional hour i was waiting.. 3-4x) Seems like 2-3 people signed off on the repair... The pics of rear control arms show that it's something one shouldn't overlook. Especially a "professional"  "highly rated professional" And no, haven't been contacted, I don't want excuses, nor to go back there. they can reimburse the allignment charge and do better ethical business (do no harm and be open and honest).
