I went to this office on 3 different occasions to have services done. My first appointment was on October 15th, 2021. After the 3 separate visits and after the minimal amount my insurance covered for the visits, I owe them $782 myself. I have tried to be in contact with the business about figuring out a way to pay for there service because right now the amount is very expensive. I have talked to the billing department and they told me they would look into it and have to reach out to the doctors office. They asked how much I would be able to pay and I said half. Ever since then, I have not had much contact at all. It has got to a point where I am unable to speak to anyone and now I am starting to be charged interest. Nobody will speak to me about the options I have to pay and now the bill is going up higher. I need to talk to someone about this so I can get them paid and not have this issue any longer.Business response
