I made an online purchase through the JG Airguns website. The purchase was for parts and downloadable materials. The downloads were never available and the parts were sent via ***** The tracking on the parts via stamps.com has it being sent from place to place but still not received after 18 days. There is no phone number to contact as they also say they only do online. After numerous emails back and forth I was told to contact the post office, which I have who refers me back to the shipper. My email has since been blocked and they have blocked or deleted my account because I no longer have any access.Business response

When you purchased your downloads, you had to physically check a box before purchasing agreeing to download within 5 days or the download expires. This is visible to anyone who looks at a download on our website. Having an automated system, we can see that you made no attempts to download during the first 15 days. After 5 days, the download expired as noted. You waited 19 days to claim that the download was unavailable and the terms and conditions you agreed to clearly state that you have 3 days. We do not offer phone support, we are strictly an online business. That part is true. But there is nothing you can say on the phone that you cannot say in an email. Yes, the shipping software we use is Stamps.com and it ships via **** which is all noted on our website visible prior to purchase. When your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number and 2 statements: Contact the **** if you have any shipping questions and We cannot see any more information via tracking with **** than you can. There is nothing the **** will do after only 18 days - it's not lost or missing until 30 days. You refused to follow the terms and conditions that you agreed to prior to purchase, which are available for anyone to see on our website. Because of this and your rude behaviour in our email conversations, we were getting nowhere. So, YES, I blocked your email address and closed your account because you have broken almost every policy we have and I told you in advance that I was going to do this. I'm sure you will have no trouble finding your antique parts elsewhere.Initial Complaint

******* from JG Airguns continues to send harassing emails after i requested information on where my order is. They kept my money and never sent my order. They are a horrible company that cannot confirm addresses for shipping. My address was correct yet i got no order and they kept the money. I feel they must do this oftenBusiness response

It is JGAirguns policy to charge $5.00 fee to customers who provide an invalid address that the **** will not ship to or print a label for because we have already pulled the parts, filled the order, packaged the order, and attempted to print a shipping label which ends up being declined by the ****. This is in our terms and conditions and visible on our customer registration page. All customers must check a box agreeing to these terms prior to completing their purchase, as did this customer. The was given a full refund less the $5.00 fee after refusing 6 times to provide a valid shipping address. The "comments" that appear on his order, which is attached, show multiple attempts to get a valid address and also indicated the date and amount of the agreed upon refund. Customer used vulgar language which, according to our policies, is terms for immediate banning from our website and customer is no longer able to log into his account. Customer sent extremely vulgar email on 1/3/23 saying "F**K your mom". This was sent over 1 month after he was notified that his account was settled and since our last communication. I had not reached out or harassed him in any since since the account was closed, yet he felt the need to reopen a line of communication with me by emailing that statement.
