My credit card was charged twice by this company: 3/16 and 3/18 $45.00 and $46.18. I have NEVER purchased anything from this company. I had to ****** them when I saw the charges. I am going to contact the *** as well. I want my money back immediately. This is absolute fraud!Business response

I was charged for 9 different transactions between Feb 1, 2022 and Feb 25, 2022 for over $450. I did not authorize these charges. I have no idea who this company is. A dispute has been filed with my credit card company.Business response

My debit card was charged without my authorization on 11/30/21 for $77.16 and on 10/18/21 for $58.12. I have emailed the company and got a new card issued as well. Despite their words to remedy this after the charge in October now even with a new debit card I have a new charge on my account. I want my money back.Business response

Weve looked into the complaint and have followed up with the customer we have processed a refund check with some added bonus to account for the confusion and delay.
