    Visited this clinic on September 5, 2023 and had an appointment with the doctor. I was given the paperwork to filled out which I did put all of my personal information and I saw the doctor after one hour wait I explained all the issues and the medication that I need it. I have ADHD problem and I needed the Adderall is a medication which I've been taking for the last five years. My primary doctor had a very busy schedule so I had to book an appointment with this clinic for the first time after I saw the doctor and they said I would have to fill out the transfer record form which I did at the front desk with the lady and it's been more than three weeks and I still have not received my medication yet I have driven to the pharmacy on three different occasions, but the medication is still not there. I even had the pharmacy request of medication to the doctor and the request was denied. I have been calling the clinic for the last two weeks and the front desk clerk keeps telling me that the doctor will contact me because he's busy with a patient but I do not get any phone calls from this clin. I even called him this morning and wasted half an hour, and all I got was a doctors assistant and she said we don't have your records from your clinic so we can't give you a prescription and if you don't like the way we work go find yourself another doctor I asked her why she has not called me to update me on the status and the phone number she gave me does not belong to me so my question is how did that even get a wrong phone number on my file when they make me filled out the paperwork and I give them all of my personal information? so they're mixing other patient information with mine?I demanded to speak with the doctor and she refused me to transfer to the doctor on the first three calls that I made this morning. I was told that the doctor is busy now she's telling me the doctor is not in the building, so which one is true I am not sure how can a doctor refuse to speak with his patient because the medication is not delivered yet.? I am very concerned about their operation at this point and something needs to be done and someone needs to step in because this is totally ridiculous. I even called my primary clinic to verify why they are not transferring the record. She checked my account and she said no request have been submitted in the last 2 to 3 weeks for the record to be transferre. This is total lie.
