On 3/8/23 I ordered 4-2.5 lb ******** stack packs to be delivered on 3/16/23. The package came on time but they sent ***** ounce packages instead of what I ordered...they owe me 60 ounces of product. I called on 3/16 but they were closed already. I was gone on 3/17, so I called 3/20 , talked to a guy who would supposedly give the manager the message. I have emailed three time about the issue with no response, they will not answer the phone now either. This company used to have great customer service, but not now since they moved to a new location. Interestingly, the 10 ounce packages are not even listed as available for online orders. I merely want the amount of product that I paid for.Business response

The matter was a mathematical calculation error and has been resolved. We were immediately in touch with the customer and identified that 10 packages at 10 ounces equaling 100 ounces of product were sent instead of 16 packages of 10 ounces each which equals 160 ounces of product or 10#
We no longer sell the 2.5# packages and regret thee calculation error. The additional 6 packages were sent the next business day and were received.
We sincerely regret the error and the customer has been ordering product for many years and spoke with *****, our Shipping Manager.
We believe this has been completely resolved to the customers satisfaction and it was all due to a change in weight per package and not getting the initial.communications from the customer.

I purchase some food to be delivered to my brother in ******, ****.The purchase date was 12/18/21. The ship date was 12/21/21. In a conversation with my brother he told me that all the items weren't received.On 12/29/21 I called the deli and told them. They said the item wasn't available and that I received a refund.The total cost was ******. The cost of the item not delivered was *****.I checked and sent proof that I was never credited the *****. I followed up a number of times and the phone wasn't answered or my e-mails were ignored. The deli person, *****, told me she would check on why the refund wasn't issued.. Again, after repeated e-mails and calls I received no response.
