I have been going to this dentist since they were Tranquil Dental, and never had any issues. Since becoming Hyline Dental I have noticed some odd situations that did not feel right. But you should trust the medical field right? Myself and my two children visited a new dentist in April of 2022, after Hyline Dental informed me that they were not taking my insurance. The last time we went to Hyline (for our cleanings) in August of 2021, we were told that my daughter had 7 cavities and my son had 1. I was also told that I needed to get an old filing refilled, one they had already refilled twice. During our visit with the new dentist I was told that neither of my kids had cavities, so from 8 total to 0, and actually stated that their teeth were in really good shape. They also told me that if I were to have my filling refilled (again) that would cause me to need a root canal and a crown. This was not what Hyline Dental informed me when they were requesting to refill my cavity for a third time.Hyline has been after me for years to remove 3 wisdom teeth I "had", they had already removed 1 that was causing me pain. When I asked the new dentist about removing my wisdom teeth, they told me that I have NO wisdom teeth left. So, I only had 1 wisdom tooth to start with but Hyline Dental was asking me to have a sergery to remove the other 3. Of which I was provided with a treatment plan and a cost of over $900 for the treatment. I wish we would have left them sooner as I now realize how carelessness and unethical they are with their constant recommendations to perform unnecessary dental services and procedures.Hyline Dental now claims that they never told me any of these things. Although my two teen children were witness. They are also sending me bills for $150 cancellation fee for the appointment that I cancelled after they told me that they were not accepting my insurance anymore. During the cancelation, I was never informed of a cancelation fee.
