This business failed to uphold their 90 day timely filing agreement with my insurance company. Per their agreement they were required to take on that cost of $600 but sent me a bill for the service anyway to see if I would pay it. In a phone call made by an employee named **** on 3-28-22, **** was told he missed the deadline but still sent the bill to me to try and get the money. My insurance company ********** blue shield of Illinois has tried to resolve the issue but this business has been ignoring for weeks phone calls and emails from bcbs-IL. In the meantime dupage childrens and ent has continued to mail me bills trying to get me to pay.Business response
