The City of Naperville bills the townhouse that I live in for electric, water and garbage disposal. I have lived at the same address for 2 years and my total utility bill has been around $150 per month the entire time. For some reason they charged me $600 for the month of July for my water bill. They are claiming my water usage increased from 400 in June 2023 and 600 in June 2024 to ***** in July 2024. Nothing in my household has changed. This increase is impossible to have happened. I do not have a pool or sprinkler system nor have I ever watered my yard. I have reached out numerous times regarding this ridiculous bill and am not receiving any kind of adjustment or correction from the City of Naperville. Please look into this and have the bill corrected. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Very unprofessional. My son and I have health issues with 2 small dogs. Over the top light **** that I paid $918.00 6/3/2022 on Friday morning. Check cleared 6/4/2022 my electricity is still off. I lost all my food, going to ********* to work because I work from home as an engineer. ****** ******** and supervisor very rude. I shouldnt have to wait 4 days to reconnect my lights. As of 6/5/2022 electricity still off. I want to be compensated for the loss of my food and the headache the customer services reps caused. I think they are doing it out of spite and being discriminatory towards me.
