    What happened:"My son ***** was signed up mid month in ***** on June 14th to be exact. I have realized that my CC was charged $155 on June 14th and then I was just charged again another $155 for July. I should not have been charged the full amount for ***** I was told that it was prorated which it was not."They replied (see below) and agreed that I was owed a credit of $83 but they issued it as a refund on my account which is not acceptable. I was overcharged, charged incorrectly, I want that credit back to my original payment method. They refuse to issue it back to my credit card. They are now ignoring phone calls, wont return voicemails, and wont respond to emails.
