Dear BBB officer,As stated, I signed a contract and paid NAPERCONTRACTORS LLC owner of ************************* on 05-07-2021 to rebuild my deck, which supposed to finish end of May this year, but he keep delaying till now, not even get the City building permit yet, which only usually takes a week to get if submit sufficient proper application. but he just used all his ways/drama to not get the permit and then not build my deck which is in very bad unsafe shape.the stressful part is, my property is a condo, under HOA supervision, I already got legal ****/fine now for "ongoing non-compliance with deck repair requirement", but actually I have been doing my best to facilitate and push this project done with my contractor and city permit department ....but it was the contractor not do his part of job... if this project is continuing not finish, I will continuing get charged by HOA....i have been so stressful leading to poor health with fear everyday .....and he seems not care...and keep delaying ...not doing anything meaningful to get the permit and get the work done....and I do not know what on his mind and why?plus because he keeps saying he will do it soon, so I keep waiting, counting on him, and cancelling all my trip and personal planning ....just to wait for him to do the work next day ....also some of my HOA work could not perform either....it totally ruined my life and damaged my property ....Winter is here , I am require him Service delivery, meaning to complete my deck project immediately as planned and contracted, plus pay the legal charge/fines that caused by his action.Please help me to get this resolved ....thanks a lot in advance...Sincerely *********************
