      I used Green ***************** in 2021. After the 2021 season I did not renew as I was unhappy with their services. They weren't doing what they said they were going to do (ex. re-seeding the grass in the fall). I explicitly sent animal stating my cancellation as they did not answer their phone and never returned voicemails. Also, the online chat feature that they hadron their website never elicited a response to me either. All of the sudden, 2022 gets here and they start continuing to do services I didn't ask for while I wasn't home and leaving bills on my door. Again, I tried contacting them ***** times by phone and voicemail.No response. I sent multiple emails again explicitly stating that I did not want them to provide services and I am not going to pay for service I did not ask for. After a lot of un-responded to emails, the billing statements stopped so I thought they had gotten the point. Then, today, 1/25/23 I get ANOTHER billing statement for all of the 2022 treatments that they did after I explicitly asked them not to. I emailed them again today as well, but I have had it with this company. I need help because they are not listening or responding to me. I don't know what other information you need, but I can show you the emails, the statements etc... My customer number with ******************** Drop is ****** and my name is *****************************. Please let me know what I need to do next. I have uploaded my statement that they keep sending me as well as my email from May 2022 when I started receiving bills for service I did not ask for as well as my email that I sent today. I have also called at least ***** times since last March when they started billing me after I cancelled without a response.

      I signed up for one year of green drop lawn service in 2021. When they asked if I wanted to sign up for another year, I told them no. On April 1st, 2022 they came to my house and did another service and sent me a ****. I emailed them immediately and asked that they not come again and not charge me for a service I asked they not give me. They replied, "we'll be happy to remove any futher services and refund the one you didnt want." A few months later, my fiance was here when the green drop pulled up to my house again. She told them that their service wasn't wanted and they are not welcome on our property. They left without doing anything to my lawn. Yesterday, June 29th 2022, I came home to a new **** on my door claiming they'd given me 3 applications I need to pay for. I emailed them again and called this morning. They say if I don't pay them then they will send me to collections, even though I have repeatedly requested they not give me this service.
