I went in to this shop to buy a product. The product being sold was and is advertised as a product with ***************************************** weighing it I noticed I only received 18 grams of said product. I was shorted 10 grams of what I purchased. Went into store to speak to someone told me to email customer service, customer service has me on hold and whose to say they will fix my issue. Many horror stories Im seeing online about same issue. I dont think if I paid full price for an item I should wait a whole week or more to receive compensation. Not with the ridiculous taxes they have. Ive been shopping here since they opened and now Im worried every other product I purchased has been missing product too this is beyond ridiculous to wait to hear back from a multi million dollar company. Never shopping here AGAIN.Business response

I was informed this customer was given a credit for $46 on 12/20 after the initial complaint on 12/15.

I am rejecting this response because:
While I did receive a $46 credit for what I was missing I feel as it was honestly a slap to the face. $46 wont even get me 7 grams without taxes at their shop. $46 will barely cover an 8th so I would like to know how they believe $46 is suffice for missing 10 whole grams they valued the 10 grams at $4 a gram. Nowhere in ******** can I buy a gram for $4. I felt as if I should have received a product equaling 10 grams or if not the amount of 10 grams In $ amount. Even after this incident I went back and I wasnt the only one who as shorted on a product. I honestly will never shop here again but doing this so others dont get skimped like I did. I posted my review online and more than 15 people had the same issue. Hate this shop and the customer service. Waiting even a day for a response was ridiculous.

The customer's claim of being shorted product was acknowledged and resolved on 12/20/23. The cost of the product was used in the calculation for credit they were provided.Here is the breakdown:The cost of the product was $130 for 28 grams of product. At the cost that was paid, the price per gram is $4.64. The customer was shorted 10 grams and was compensated with a $46 credit.Only in the event of a defective product is a customer provided with a full replacement credit,Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I want every future customer to know what could happen when shopping here. Ive purchased over 5 Ounces from this company and the one and only time this happened I was not happy with the outcome. I really want to know what they classify as a defective product because only thing that can be defective is it being expired or stale? The definition of defective is something faulty or imperfect was me missing 10 grams on 28 grams isnt defective? By definition its imperfect? No? Anyways I dont care about the compensation anymore I just want this review to stay up to warn others and to be weary whenever buying flower. Also would like to add I uploaded my experience to r/ILTrees and every comment was about how other customers were also shorted. Not as much as me but still very unhappy customers. My post reached over 3k people and over 50 comments. Thank you. Shop NuEra or Verilife they always replace my s*** on the spotSincerely,
