Foundation repair done on the exterior side of my home completed 2/5/2024 now has sagging and a crack (see photos), 3 months after the repair. I paid $14,500 for the work, which included an unlimited warranty. I have contacted the business and cannot reach them at ************ (message says person cannot accept calls at this time), and I cannot locate the business online anymore. I tried another number I had for the person who came to my home and who was in charge of the work: his name was *****************************; phone number ************. I paid an initial deposit of $2,000 by check to ****** on 1/27/2024. The second deposit of $3,500 on 2/2/2024, and the final amount of $9,000 on 2/5/2024. I am seeking repair for the sagging and a credit to cover the unlimited warranty if the company is out of business, as the warranty cannot be used.
