We ordered a mattress directly from Sweetnight. Order number SN186315407 It was NEVER delivered and we requested a refund. Sweetnight did not process any refund in a timely manner.So, we filed the complaint with Sweetnight and opened up the dispute with the credit card (CC) company on January 7th, 2022. Our CC company is Chase.On January 20, Sweetnight said they attempted to refund, but was unable because the account was frozen due to the open CC dispute. On January 22, BASED ON THEIR REQUEST we closed the dispute with the credit card company and then credit card company REBILLED US THE $541.45. So that means they added that charge back to our credit card.In the meantime based on ***** tracking the mattress was delivered back to *******.On January 25, we received email back from Sweetnight which said they accepted the dispute. THIS WAS TOO LATE, the DISPUTE HAD ALREADY BEEN CLOSED!!!!!!! So there was NOTHING for you to accept!The money had already been rebilled to my account and sent to the merchant based on statements from the Credit Card Company.I have attached letters from Chase and the complete email chain. We are at our **** end and would like to see the issue resolved.
