This used to be a decent dealer but is now Napleton Mazda of Naperville. December 2022 I went to Napleton Mazda of Naperville to purchase a 2023 CX-5. The sales manager assured me that he could sale the car at a fair price without markups or dealer installed accessories. That was well and good until I got to financing and was pushed a ****% APR. Neither the salesman nor the finance manager provided what the financing options were, even after asking several times. In the finance office I was repeatedly lied to about the finance rates as the finance manager kept assuring me they were all coming up over 7% when I have an excellent credit score. I understand the market is tough right now but interest rates are not this bad for well qualified buyers. In the finance office we asked several times for the finance manager to run financing through Mazda, which he never did, and instead turned around shuffled some papers and claimed it would was 7.9% for 72 months. I know Mazda is currently offering ****% for 72 months after verifying online and calling other Mazda dealers including other Napleton Mazdas. I was swindled into signing as he said that's what rates are and that they would only be increasing the longer I wait. I didn't want this crazy high APR, I came in to purchase a car not a house. I have called and talked to another finance manager only to be disregarded and he acted like he knew nothing about Mazda's rates. I'm still waiting for a call back from the *** My family now owns 5 Mazda cars. After this experience, Mazda has lost all our future business. My family and I were repeat customers at this dealer and were treated with nothing but dishonesty. This is a dealer to avoid....Initial Complaint

On 1/4/22, I brought my 20 10 Mazda CX9 GT AWD to the Mazda dealership for an oil change. They did the oil change and charged me 59 dollars for the service. When I was returning home, at traffic lights during idling, I could smell oil burning smell inside the cabin. I thought maybe a small old oil fell onto the exhaust and might be generating this smell. The next morning, I found an oil leak, from the front half of the vehicle, on my garage floor. But after a few days, the cabin smell was there each time I was idling. I brought back the car and told them about this issue. They told me that everything was fine. Yesterday, I made a trip to ***********. This morning there was a lot of soot on my driveway and garage floor, which is difficult to remove. It looks and smells like burnt oil. I am going to call them again tomorrow to explain the situation. They need to fix this and clean my garage floor of soot.
