    I purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue with a bumper to bumper warranty that includes a loaner vehicle when I need to bring it in for service. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have had a suspension issue as well as an electrical issue. I can not drive this vehicle as it is a fire hazard. The c port gets extremely hot to the touch any time you start the vehicle. Gerald Nissan is telling me that they are unable to find me a loaner vehicle for them to fix it. This will leave me without a vehicle to get to and from work. They are refusing to honor my warranty contract.

    Ive frequented this dealership over the last couple of years and to this point didnt really have many complaints outside of you pull in and are rarely greeted upon arrival. However this pass Tuesday I came in to have a tail light repaired. I pre purchased the part myself because was quoted roughly just under 400$ for just one light to be replaced. I called 24 hours in advance to get an appointment and was given a 30$ quote for labor to do the repair only to have that number tripled upon my arrival for my appointment. The logic behind this was we quoted you 2 months ago about labor so were going with that quote not what I was told literally 16 hours before when my appointment was made by someone answering calls for the service department. The entire conversation was condescending where I was treated as though Im a liar and that I wanted to get around what I was quoted in April and that because its on paper that I should just know thats what the price would be. Ive had a sour taste in my mouth with Nissan dealerships in General because I feel there are too many times where you go in expecting something only to be told upon arrival sorry not gonna happen(my previous two car purchases). This treatment has me not even wanting to go return at all and willing to drive further to where *** never had any issues.

    When the customer called in for the light replacement, the labor quoted was for the bulb replacement for the light. In the recording of the appointment phone call, the attendant did repeat bulb a couple times. Unfortunately, when the customer came in with the part he had purchased, it was the entire light assembly, not just the bulb! The light assembly is a much more laborious job, thus the difference in the labor cost. We apologize that we didn't know the customer was doing the entire assembly.
