      Really dreadful - I wish I could give zero stars but had to give one to be able to post this. My supposed new car is in the shop for the fourth time in eight weeks. I have only been able to drive it for ten days out of the last 60. This last time in, the new repair tech doubted/questioned whether the problem I was having (an electric car that wont recharge) was actually occurring, because he saw it recharge the last time it was in. If they would actually read the past repair notes in my file, they would see that the issue is that it will recharge one or two times, and then stop. Thankfully the problem did just re-occur while in their shop - hoping they actually believe the customer this time and get it fixed. They dont have techs that know how to do the repairs - they have to contact Jaguar each time to tell them what is happening and await repair instructions, all of which takes several days each time to go back and forth. Bottom line -dont sell an $80K car that doesnt work or you cant repair.

      Terrible service. Horrible management. They take your money and it's all downhill from there. Don't buy here, don't service here. Regrets only. The Patrick promise is not real. I experienced it first hand. Smoke and mirrors.

      Very Very Bad customer service I was involved in a car crash on 10th December and my car is still in body shop waiting for parts which are back ordered I understand that because of Covid situation all I asked is them to provide me with a loner or a rental since my rental from my insurance is covered for only a month and they wont cover it nor their recommended body shop and I have been paying for my car without even driving it Land Rover considered a luxurious car and this is what I get I did talk to someone with higher position at the dealership but no help was planning to buy a Range Rover from them but looking at the service ended up buying *** x7 with a guarantee of a loner with a written agreement thats what I call service Wont recommend this dealer to anybody I know Rethink about your service and work on it
