On Saturday oct 23 we placed an online order for curbside pickup, at the Jefferson ave and rt 59 location. This transaction totaled 96 dollars.This order was supposed to be available for pickup at 5pm. After waiting 30 minutes without food we began attempting to reach out to the manager. As we were waiting in the car for our curbside deliver that had not been delivered yet , we called into the store and to speak with the manager.We were hung up on.We called in a again to speak with the manager, someone answered the phone and say we are trying to get the order out and hung up on us again.As no one in the location was attempting to help resolve the situation. We attempted to reach out to the corporate office contact us.https://www.portillos.com/service/************ Was also not answered but only a recorded message about trying to get packages out. It didnt even sound like I got to a ******** contact.Finally after 70 mins a bag of food was delivered. However this did not contain the food we ordered, and was cold from sitting out for a long time.No attempts for restitution or consideration were provided for the hour of our day spent waiting for the cold incorrect order we received. While I understand things may get delayed, there is no reason to hang up on the customer attempting to find out where there food is.Never eating here again.
