      Initially signed to have them do the work for us 6/21/23. We have had issues with work performed according to the contract that has not been resolved despite multiple attempts and discussions with the company representatives. They say they are going to follow through and they do not. The power vent was to be replaced and instead of replacing the cover- ***** came and spray painted it black. We approved the vent. While here was shown and took pictures of other damaged areas on the front of the house- soffit area and caulking that was damaged by them and was told would be repaired which has not been completed. They installed the wrong size garage door trim. Home owner went out and had to purchase the correct size on their own; was told would be reimbursed for material purchased and they would reinstall correct sizes. We were told by the gutter contractor that we had to purchase on our own 4x4 down spout adaptors. They demoed and hauled away our old gutters and down spouts. We submitted receipt a copies for the down spouts and garage trim, 3- 4 weeks ago - still waiting for them reimburse me and complete the work as promised when last spoke February 9, 2024. Additionally the second portion of the check issued by my insurance company was issued to both my spouse , myself and the business. WE did not see nor sign off (endorse) the second check and was alerted by our insurance company it was cashed. We are seeking resolution of our issues compensation as promised and a paid in full invoice

      received call from ******** at  Midwestern Adjusters on 3/13/2024 see attached file. There has been no follow through on their end to resolve our issue.see attached file for paperwork submitted to them by us per their request. We called today 4/18/2024 asking for ******** was told she was not available and that no one else would help me in the office. Person who answered Did not give name . We have sought legal consultation on the matter as they are not following through.

      ******** had left a phone message with ***************** to please return her call to verify his address - ******** did not realize that a text was sent to her personal phone from *****************.  One of the last conversations our office had, was that he did not want any contact from us and that he was no longer at that phone # or address, that is why I wanted to confirm the address before sending the check.

      I have cut your check for $193.78 it is in the mail today.

      they are providing false information. They still owe me work done on my property. I never said my address or contact information had changed. I sent copies of receipts of material s I purchased due to incorrect jobs that they completed on my home that needs corrected. When we signed up with this company told have full warranty. Have not received my paid invoice as requested.

      Elite Restoration work on my roof and siding wile did the siding the scratch my new custom garage door one panel had to be replace i spoke to a lady name Maggy she told me to send the invoice to them. witch i did the invoice was due last month never they pay for it now i late.i try to reach out to the me no answer.i am still finding nails on the floor watch cause one of my cars to have a flat now cost me over 400 dollars more. their crew don't clean the messy and don't care also i wonder why was the reason the block my cameras during installation ?

      you guys are say you take pride but it  took for me to open a case here to get you attention.

      In the voice mail you started I didnt try to contact you guys at all .

      I summit screen shots of multiple times asking to pay for the outstanding bill with no reply.

      i am try to see where is the you guys take pride where You can even take care of damages you people did.


        I will close this the soon as the bill is paid for.

      but so far I dont want  you guys to contact me over the phone you can do on here.

      all ask is for the bills to be pay asap btw I am still finding nails on my grass I really hope my dogs dont get hurt from them.

      Thank you for your feedback. We truly value our customer service and we are saddened to hear that your experience with us was not what you had hoped for. Our project manager went out to your property on 12/01 to pick up any leftover debris, we did perform our quality check and did confirm with you at that time to ensure you were satisfied, at that time you were, however it appears now at this time you are not, and for that we apologize. We are unaware of the flat tire incident, this is the first notice we have, Nonetheless, please send us a copy of your receipt for the tire and we can go ahead and review the damage costs for consideration. As for the garage door repair/estimate - we are happy to review the costs as well and work with you in coming to a fair amount for reimbursement.


      Our office phone number has not changed since the last time you contacted us (only our address has), you also have our email address as well as our number to text that we had texted on previously, we have tried to reach out to you as well, on 01/24/2024 and received no answer. Please reach back out to us *************, so we can come to a resolution and closure. 


      Please note, that as a courtesy we did issue a check to you in the amount of $5,197.96 in good faith, prior to any work starting, and any funds being received, which we normally do not do. We make every intention of working with all of our homeowners and doing what we can within our limits to ensure everyone is satisfied.

      I still no hear back from these people however I did found out they did sent a new invoice to the insurance with out notification.

      I am not even sure how these people still on business.

      State Farm will start to investigate this too.
      also now I am finding more and more imperfections in my house of the no so good job I will be taking pictures of all the problems I am having and still want to charge 71k wow

      make paid 2 times deductible wow this is just getting better and better. And no I dont agree with their answer now I want my door pains and my second deductible refunded to me asap this been going for a while now.

      I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing issues with our project. Our claim was filed with Midwestern on April 26th, 2023, and after approval from our insurance at the end of June, the project was assigned to Elite Restoration. However, since then, there has been a severe lack of communication and progress.Despite numerous attempts to seek information through calls and emails, the responses have been sporadic and non-committal. On September 6th, we were informed that our paperwork had been received and the project would commence, but we are yet to see any tangible progress.After enduring weeks of uncertainty and unfulfilled promises, I reached out to request a release from our contract and a refund, to which the company agreed. However, it has now been three weeks since this agreement, and there has been no further communication or action from Elite Restoration.This prolonged period of unanswered calls and emails, coupled with the lack of progress on our project, is not only frustrating but also raises serious concerns about the integrity of the business relationship. We entrusted our insurance money to ensure the timely completion of our project, and the current state of affairs is both disheartening and unacceptable.We are unsure of how much our insurance State Farm paid them. We know they sent a a check.
