I am an individual person that provides harp music and Harbor ***** hired me to play the harp for their retired residents. I do not have a harp company, am not incorporated or have a business entity. I just would like to get paid based on what we agreed to in writing. I have attached the written agreement. Initially I asked for full payment on the date I played the harp, of Nov 19th. However *********************, the activities director asked for me to extend that by two weeks and promised it would not be an issue. So I changed the payment date to Dec 4th with a $30 late fee, should they not pay on time as agreed to. This $30 covers my loss of time and resources for all the emails and phone calls and texts I have wasted my time trying to get paid. I've also included an email from ********************** who states that she is trying multiple times to get me paid but that for a reason she did not say, but does state that Harbor Chase is NOT processing a payment for me. Please note the total amount with the agreed to late fee is $270. Paying only $240 does not meet the written agreement or cover my time and expenses of the late and non-payment. Harbor Chase is not trustworthy, communicative or honoring its written agreement. ********************* who requested my harp playing hasn't responded to any of my texts, calls, or emails. and ********************** is only requesting $240 for partial payment instead of the owed $270. This business and the people in it are not acting professionally or legally. I have given them over $270 worth of my time and resources and need to be reimbursed for this.Initial Complaint

Vanessa,Why don't you respond to any of my emails the last 2-weeks? I have to beg you to keep me updated each day on the status of the ****** Chase Naperville credit that is owed to us for charging July **** for my deceased father, ***************************, who died June 13, 2022, and you still give me no response. ****** Chase Naperville is sitting on over $6,000.00 of our money that has been charged on our account by YOUR ERROR NOT MINE. I expect a telephone call from you on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, on the status of the credit that is owed to our family from ****** Chase Naperville. Call me at ************. If not from you, someone from your Corporate Headquarters in *******, would be so kind, to call me on the status of this credit and what is the reason for the delay and lack of communication from ****** Chase on this issue alone. Why? I will not pay for my mother's, **************************, August **** 2022, until the credit from my father's, ******************************** is transmitted to our account. You are playing games with our family at ****** Chase with this lack of respect and professionalism. ****** Chase Naperville did not even have any kind words and condolences after my father, ***************************, died on June 13, 2022. No sympathy from anyone at ****** Chase, no cooperation, no plan of action, no advice on what we need to do, just plan ole silence/no communication. I appreciate all of your kindness at this time of our loss. It makes me sick that we put both of my parents under the care of ****** Chase Naperville. I regret our choice now from 2019.This is the 4th Director/Manager at this facility in the last 3 years. Nothing ever changes at this facility. Before my father, *****************************, died on June 13, 2022, he had several fall episodes, where he was on the floor over 30-minutes even after pressing his emergency necklace button. This facility has lack of staff per number of residents in this facility. My mother had her wedding ring stolen in 2020 and made police rpt.
