I canceled this service almost 2 yrs ago and they still continue to charge me I called back around 6 months ago and yet they continue to keep charging me ***** month and won't refund me and I've been trying again to get ahold of someone with no luck I'm about to the point of filing fraud chargesBusiness response

We have reviewed this complaint and verified the contact information provided. We have been able to find one Fishbrain account linked to the email address provided and it seems that Mr. **** ***** has subscribed to Fishbrain Pro through ****** Play Store, meaning that the subscription runs through his ****** Play Store account which we cannot access to cancel this subscription for him. We couldn't find any communication between Fishbrain Customer Support ************************************ and *************************************.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:they won't find any communication between us via email because there isn't any it was done by phone and ****** play makes it nearly impossible to get ahold of them and when I did they said it wasn't on them to cancel it that it was on fishbrain all I know is it doesn't make since. my money goes to the fish app not ****** play so why they can't cancel it they sure do make it easy to take ur money. Either way I don't care who it's on I'm telling you to quit taking my money and u continue to do so that would be considered theft . So again quit taking my money and refund what is owed back to me

Made a $90 dollar purchase for 2 fishing rods 12/3/22 got no email confirmation tried to call customer service Kept getting recorded message same thing over and over for hours.It's a scamBusiness response

Hello!
We have reviewed this complaint and verified the information on our end. This case has been resolved on December 6th, 2022 as contact was made between our customer support and the customer. An order confirmation including invoice has been provided via email.
Furthermore, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email once their package will be dispatched.

I ordered fishing lures on 8/30/22. On 09/07, after not receiving any shipping confirmation I contacted the company to inquire about the status of the order. I received a response that they were looking into it with their supplier. Several emails later they were still looking into it. As of 9/19 they still havent shipped the order yet their website still professes that they have the items in stock. Very poor and unresponsive customer service.Customer response

I purchased a fishing reel from Fishbrain on June 1, 2022. On June 6, when I didn't receive any shipping confirmation or other communication, I sent Fishbrain an email. Fishbrain responded late on June 6. The repsonse was that Fishbrain has to contact the seller of the reel so I have to wait another 2-3 days. Today, I sent another email requesting a full refund to Fishbrain foe the reel because the seller obviously doesn't care about the transaction. So far, I haven't received a response from Fishbrain. It doesn't take this long to receive an update about my order!Business response

Hello!
We have reviewed this complaint and verified the information on our end. The case with the consumer has been resolved on June 10th 2022 where we have reimbursed the consumer the full amount paid.
The order had a delay from the supplier's side and the consumer has expressed that he wants to cancel and receive a reimbursement which he was given as soon as we have cancelled the order from the system.

I placed an order for 3 packs of fishing lures in the amount of $15.24 from fishbrain on March 3, 2022. I did not received a shipping confirmation email from them, nor have I received my order. I emailed fishbrain on March 15, to inquire about my order in which I was told that the order was delivered March 4, 2022 and that I should check with **** I emailed them again in and the representative insisted that the order was delivered March 4.Business response

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention and our apologies for the delay in the response as we only received this report from BBB on March 28th 2022.
Regarding the customer complaint, we have verified this information on our end and it seems that the customer has been in contact with the ******************** **************** team and has had the issue already resolved.
In more details it seems the order has been lost during shipping and a claim has been opened with the delivery company. The customer has been fully reimbursed on March 22nd ******************************************************************** case he wants to reorder the same products.Customer response
