I paid for mechanic/auto repair services with Cassidy Tire on 8/23/22 for the amount of $1076.21 after requesting they fix the problems causing the diagnostic dashboard lights on my car. They were "unable" to tell me what codes they pulled from the diagnostic report, but insisted that the car needed new rear wheel bearing hubs, which they stated was the cause of the lights. I agreed to this service given their report of being able to fix the problem. Then, they broke both rear brake drums, which they replaced at no cost due to their employee breaking them. They claimed to have fixed the problem causing the lights on my dash and claimed to have taken it on a test drive. However, upon picking up my "completed" vehicle, I requested what codes were pulled, which they again were unable to provide. I paid and went out to my car, where the lights immediately turned on, and in addition my car had difficulties accelerating and was extremely bumpy/vibrating while driving. I drove <0.5 miles across the street to the dealership to have them check my car. There, I found that they not only were the rear wheel bearings not secured with bolts, but that my rear axels had been damaged, which the dealership stated had to have been due to negligence or incompetence, as this could cause me to loose control of the vehicle had I continued to drive on it. Further, the dealership stated that the initial cause of the lights was due to a broken sensor, and the lights that were on would not have been due to the wheel bearings, which reputable mechanics "should" know. I requested a refund from Cassidy given the dealership report, which they would not accomodate. I called their corporate office to request a refund which they would not accomodate. Overall, they were deceitful in their interactions with me, and either the person working on my car was incompetent, or purposefully negligent.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:Hello,My complaint has NOT been resolved. I did not see the email from the owner until yesterday and the complaint has already been closed. Please advise next steps. I have attempted to call the business owner 3 times and left voicemails with no response during business hours over the past week.Thanks,******
