    A recent review of consumer complaints filed with the BBB of Chicago and Northern Illinois against the company delineates a patter of consumer allegations.

    In their complaints, consumer allege that the price quoted to consumers (stated as within a range of $65-$195) was not honored. Consumers state the company doubled, and in some cases tripled, the amount owed. 

    To date we have not heard back from the company regarding the pattern of consumer allegations. The BBB will continue to monitor complaints, but advises any consumer to be aware of this business and the pattern of consumer allegations.

      had a tow on Jan 10 for **** dodge caravan in **********************. I paid $302.50 through ********************* quick pay, but wasn't going through. So I then tried cash app and it went through for $320. The ********************* quick pay went through later that evening as well. So there was double payment, I've been trying to get in contact with someone that can help with the situation, but seems to be no response. They blocked my number.       This company begins by falsely advertising their location on ****** as a local company. The address listed does not exist. They are a shell company that dispatches others to do their service. When you call they make claims to the contrary or state that they are local. I was told that a work order would be sent which I am to sign in order to get the process started and then they will send an invoice to be paid. Once the invoice is accepted and paid I will then be charged. The terms or rate of charge are not disclosed prior. Since you are told you will not be charged until the invoice is authorized and paid there is no concern as you can view their rates then. You are also told that no one will be dispatched until the invoice is accepted, but the work order is necessary for them to send the invoice. Once I received the invoice and realized that the company is not who they claim to be I did not authorize and called and canceled. I was charged despite no service being provided.

      On about August 18th around 4:15 pm, I called in to Jonnys towing for roadside help as the battery of my car had died during a trip to return my partner back to college. They charged me $100 upfront claiming for using a tow truck and to pay for gas. This company is a very big scam and would not refund me my money and I never received any service.
