DO NOT use this company. They will demand payment before the service is done. They charged our CC 3x then reversed the charge and told us that their CC machine was no longer working. They gave us options to pay in cash, cashapp or wire the money. No checks or cards accepted. They were not upfront with their charges. We were charged over $400 for a "fuel surcharge" for them to come from their listed location online to the truck stop 4 miles away. Additionally they charged $750/hour for a job that could've been done quickly. We waited 1.5hours for them to show up. They would not release our trailer until they had confirmation of a form of cash payment. Very unprofessional. They want to do whatever they can to make it inconvenient for you so that they can continue to charge by the hour.

Straight up highway robbery. Charged my wife $250 for a tow no more than 5 miles away. Not up front with pricing. Straight scam artist. Lucky I wasn't the one they interacted with

STAY AWAY! We ordered a tow for our business truck. They took our CC # and we were told $195 and hour. They picked him up and told us to call back saying there was an issue, that the CC processor was down. Then told us we HAD to pay with cash, or CASHAPP. would not take a business check. We were then told the total was $643.50! For 1 1/2 hours! After reading reviews we realize that they are "saying" their processor is down to get us to pay in cash so can not do a charge back for the ATRONOMICAL charge, and leaving our employee to fend for himself. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM DO NOT USE!!!!!

Very disappointed with how they run their service, they were very RUDE and unprofessional. They OVERCHARGE for the price to the ****. (Fuel surcharge, HD Towing, Driveshaft, Call PTP, Shop Supplies) for a box truck to be TOWED to ******* that is less than 2MILES? $3,000 for a price to be charged 2 miles. Don't you think people are already struggling due to the pandemic!? If that's the case I rather have pushed the box truck than to ever rely on their service again. Taking advantage to overcharge, speaking to customers like where animals! Does your company have NO moral respect for others. They also keep you hostage if you don't come up with the money, and ONLY take CASH, as if we are growing from trees. Stop displaying false information on your website. Next time inform your customers of cash, and additional charges will apply to please your company. NEVER again will I refer anybody to them, I would not even wish this much unprofessionalism to anyone. It's not worth the money guys and just to give you a heads up, go for another tow company. Save yourself the money and the disrespect! All I can say is that they need a lot of praying for, the way they treat and can overcharge. What a waste of $3,000 to a company that doesn't deserve it!
