      We're another married couple this company screwed over. Paid ***** in full back in Dec 2021 for our Oct 2022 wedding. In mid September, 3 weeks before our wedding, I emailed over a question about our package, and got an automated response back that they filed bankruptcy and all contracts were cancelled. I wouldn't have even found out had I not emailed that day and gotten the auto response. There has been 0 follow through or actual communication - just empty apologies and promises that "refunds are being processed" all via automated response. This same message urged couples to file a dispute with our credit card companies. But my company told be, first of all, that too much time had passed since the charge (it had been 9 months at this point) and also that Petit Four told them that they fulfilled the videographer service which doesn't bode well for their claim that they are "not a scam company." It's all so heartbreaking.

      On Jan 2022, my wife and I were searching for wedding vendors for our upcoming wedding on Sept 30, 2022. On the Knot app, I inquired to Petit Four Films regarding their services. We spoke with a rep regarding the services they provided, costs, and contract agreements. The contract included: 8 hrs-2 cameras (1 manned camera and 1 stationary camera), 2 wireless mics, free drone coverage, a media teaser, choice of video preference (long film or 7 min+ highlight film), free raw footage, free USB flash drive, 90-day guarantee to receive finished films or they are free, and we could cancel at anytime prior to the wedding date for a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. After speaking with a rep, we decided to hire Petit Four Films to shoot our wedding day. I signed the contract via the internet and paid $1,699 in full. On Sept 9, 2022 I received a text message stating the following: "Unfortunately, due COVID, inflation and the economic swings over the past few years in the industry; it is to our deepest regret that we have had to cancel your wedding and enter into Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Although we do not have an exact timetable on the date. We are issuing refunds. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and will be in touch with the next steps in the process - Petit Four Films". On Sept 29, 2022 I received an e-mail discussing the bankruptcy, refunds, and other information. This same exact information is currently stated on Petit Four Films Website. Needless to say, Petite Four Films was NOT there for our wedding on Sept 30, 2022 and we did not receive services from them. We have been patiently waiting for our refund and have been trying to rely on the words of this company. My wife recently tried to file a dispute with her bank and it has been denied due to time restraint. I have e-mailed multiple times to contact their refund department and I have only received automatic replies.

      This company was originally hired to video my wedding in may. around march of 2022 the company told me if I paid in full id only have to pay $3000 total. in August of 2022 they filed for bankruptcy, stopped returning my emails, and did not answer calls. this was an email I received from them, "Thank you for contacting the refund email of Petit Four Films. Again we are terribly sorry that you are going through all of this with us. None of us want you to be or want to be in this position and we are doing everything we can to help.Although we are issuing refunds, at this time we do not have a set date for your specific refund.We are not a cash company so alternatively you can file a dispute with your credit card.If your wedding has occurred and we have received your footage, we will be sending you the raw footage or the finished films.Again we know this is a terrible situation. Its heartbreaking all around and we are looking to do the best we can to help.Sincerely, Petit Four Films"At this point it is too late to file a dispute with the credit card company and confused as to their comment they are not a "cash company" when everything is done electronically. They will not get back to me about refunds. this is a terrible company and literally stealing peoples money who just want to have their special day remembered. Something better be done and our refunds better be issued in full

      This company has given us such a difficult time overall. We originally paid in 2020. Before the actual weddings (we had two) they were wonderful. Weddings took place in 2021. They were responsive and attentive. Since that time they have been terrible. Lost some of our wedding footage from the first wedding. They recently removed access to our revised video and have not sent us hard copies. They have ghosted us. We have nothing to show from our weddings. My mom has passed away since then and I'm beyond devastated that we do not have access to the footage. They have never had a contact number. In the past I would create a new inquiry in order to get someone to call me and now theres no options and no follow up. There auto reply email says they will send out the footage but there's no proof of that. We feel beyond scammed.

      Our Daughters wedding was 11/20/2022, I never heard from the company and then found out they were going chapter 11 after we paid in full 8 months earlier.They never notified us, or sent any communication and ignored our efforts to communicate They are the Highest rated on the KNOT thats why we paid them in full , I called the knot and emailed them for help and they were as terrible as the company that swindled us. Their web says your refund will be delayed if you dispute a credit card charge NOT TRUE. A Attorney told me thats the first thing to do. They are the most awful of people

      Awful company ran by scam artists. Prepaid a year in advance, videographer was great, then they withheld all payment to the videographer and refused to provide our footage. It's been 4 months now.To add insult to injury, these criminals are actually fighting the credit card refund. We're in a lengthy dispute and fortunately we have **** on our side. I can't imagine how people who paid by check must feel. Owners belong in prison. Never ever ever work with a business where ******************* is involved.

      I paid full in July of 2021 and they came to my wedding in June 2022. It is now November and they have my raw footage and money!!! I have called and email to try to resolve the problem. I just want MY footage. My wedding was very special and they are the only ones that caught it on tape. It should not be that hard to give me my video..they took my money!!! I am so heart borken that a company can do this to so many.

      We hired this company back in February 2022. 4 days before my daughter's September 10th wedding, we got a text saying they were cancelling our contract. We were promised a refund. As of 11/1, I have not received a refund. I have called repeatedly and emailed repeatedly with no response, other than a "canned" email. We have not heard from one live person. I have lost $1400. This is a terrible thing to do to people. At least refund the money owed back to me!

      Paid in full January 2022 and now bankruptcy. I emailed and got an automated email with four possible answers to different questions. My question was when can I expect refund? The robot answer for that question wasyou are not on our schedule for payment at this time. I should of known something was up. No other vendor required full payment up front. Lots of families out of a whole lot of money.

      Worst company!!!!! after I paid in full to have my wedding filmed. We didnt hear from them until a day before my wedding after contacting them. Several times they sent a videographer he was late once I got my footage back not all of the footage that I got back worked. The wedding video was terrible, poorly edited, and quality. We asked them to make changes on our wedding video and return it back to us so that we can go ahead and have our video dvd sent to us. The videos including the raw footage which we paid extra for did not even play!!! I called emailed over 20 times and no response. Finally I was able to get a response I called and their line is out of service. I havent received my wedding video or anything that I paid for I would like a full refund.This company is the worst
