Made a deal with the salesman over the phone to trade in my atv for a sxs as I have over an hour drive to the dealer. I confirmed availability of the sxs, agreed on a price for the sxs, agreed on a price for my atv trade in. I told the salesman I was on my way. I hooked up my trailer, loaded my atv, and drove to the dealer. They took my atv to their shop for inspection, as I waited in the sales floor. After an unusually long time my sales comes to inform me that the sxs I wanted was sold during the time it took me to drive there. I spoke to the manager who was a 27 year old, wearing clothes appropriate for hanging out with his friends complete with a flat hill baseball cap. Less than professional. The manager explains he doesnt hold vehicles and I should have put money down on it, which was never discussed. The manager then offers me a deal on a completely different sxs or he said he would pay for my gas. I explained how unprofessional his business practices are and that I would never shop there again and that I would leave reviews and tell this story whenever I have the opportunity and he almost rolled his eyes, he couldnt have cared less. I loaded up my atv, went back to the sales floor to get my gas money, and the salesman told me the manager reneged on that too because he didnt like my attitude. I guess I was supposed to be happy to have wasted over 4 hours of my time! No wonder they have an F rating!
