From start to finish this company has been amazing. The sales staff are talented, the office is on the ball and the outside workers are extremely talented. When I had a question I would call the office and someone would stop by to go over my question or addition to the project. I HIGHLY recommend Dutch Barn!Review from Julie A

DB has been unresponsive since March trying to correct a mistake they made grading our yard. Now every time it rains we get a massive puddle in the backyard because of a high spot they refuse to come repair. They agree it needs to be done, but didn't show up 3 times it was scheduled and now are mostly unresponsive! Beware, if things don't go right they don't seem to want to fix their mistakes. Even reached out to Court ****** over a week ago with no results.The gutter drains were routed incorrectly leading to water coming over our foundation into the basement of our brand new home. When DB didn't show up we were forced to have another company fix the issue so that we did not continue to get water due to poor grading and gutter drain routing.Hopefully DB steps up and corrects the remaining issues, I will update the review when that happens.Review from Nectaria B

We signed a contract in early 2021 with the understanding that the pool would be completed before the end of the year 2021. It is May 2022 and still not completely done. We had to contact them numerous times, often daily. Always an excuse, always....and that's if they would answer our calls. After months and months, and months of pushing, to our delight we thought our pool was done and ready to swim in......yikes were we wrong. The water chemistry was not correct even though they stated it was "fine". And the icing on the cake.....once we corrected the water on our own, we discovered a leak from the skimmer. They failed to caulk the skimmer during installation. Honest mistake but, it took countless phone calls and emails to get them to actually fix it. As of the time of this review we are still waiting....... Would not recommend Dutch Barn for pools. If one is going to spend this kind of money to invest in their property, use a reliable professional. No one should have to beg a company to finish a job they paid for.Review from Stacey

DutchBarn put a beautiful pool, fire pit and shade structure in for us one year ago. I waited to do the review to make sure everything functioned and lasted. I cannot recommend DBL enough. From an aesthetic standpoint, no one compares. They create a stunning backyard oasis! Whenever I had questions or still have questions, they respond promptly and go over the top to make things right. They have made my family so happy to have our own personal resort in our backyard, and we are extremely grateful.
