Boost mobile has currently been down for the last three weeks. Im trying to get my port out/transfer pin and nobody is providing me with that I no longer want to use their services. Theyre making me pay a phone bill on the 15th of this month which is not fair because Ive been begging to have my port out pin so that I can transfer my number to a new carrier.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to switch mobile carriers and the customer service number is disconnected- the stores are stating the system is down - they are holding my phone number hostage and will no allow me to transfer my service to another carrier - all physical locations state the system is down for the past month- no customer service available- I want my ********************** number transferred and. I purchased my boost mobile ******** g stylus 5G 2021 on July 05 2022 for $143.30 . I had problems with completing the process of activating my phone and called boost support to which it took a long time for the phone to be activated. now that the problems weren't due to the activation I realize that I've been sold a defective phone and when I inquired about a refund or a new phone > I was told that it was past their policy for refunds. I was given the ******** number and spoke with the maintenance department and was told that yes there are issues with the phone and to leave the phone with them . I could do it as this is my only phone. I want either a new phone or my money back . due to the fact the after talking to the boost representatives they where aware of these issues with this model and was so very apologetic but you can't get your money back but you can call the manufacture.
