Plaintiff: ********************* of Net Solutions LLC Defendant: ********************* of Nationwide Box Truck Sales Statement Of Facts Summary: Plaintiff purchased **** International Box Truck from Defendant on November 4, 2022. Total purchase price was $49,473 ($41,973 financed and $7500 would be the down payment to be paid to the seller). Vehicle was to be delivered to me on November 18th 2022 after a minor repair to the liftgate was completed. Prior to delivery of vehicle, Nationwide Truck Sales damaged roof of the box truck. Plaintiff claimed the repair would take two weeks and he would reduce the down payment amount due from $7500 to $4500 and pay for the cost of the plates on the truck which would cost $600. We agreed and ********************* sent an email to that fact. Vehicle is financed through ***********************, which wired Nationwide Box Truck Sales $41,973 prior to delivery (11-16-22) believing the transaction would take place without a hitch. Vehicle has been taken to Capital Truck ************ for repairs ************************************************* ************** (where vehicle was still located as of 1-18-23) Truck is completed, yet repair shop will not release vehicle without payment. Spoke to manager **** who says vehicle has been completed a few weeks and they are just waiting on payment. I have been in ongoing text messaging with ********************* of Nationwide Box Truck Sales since this entire incident took place. **** claimed that there was an insurance check being sent, yet, no insurance check has been received by the repair shop and I am still without my truck . I have made two finance payments at $1308 and two insurance payments at $1213 per month I am looking for: 1- The immediate delivery of my truck. 2-Be compensated for loss of revenue from November 19th 2022- to whenever truck is returned at a rate of $1500/week 3-Revocation of license from ********************** to conduct business, as ********************* is a liar and does not conduct reputable business practices.
