    This business keeps repeatedly trying to take money off my card when not given permission to use my card. When called and asked about it they hang up. I've bought two cars from here and towards the end of me paying them off they start trying to pretend I owe them money when in fact I have supporting documentation that I have indeed paid them every time.

    Yes, I purchased my car and it rolled off the lot with ** off engine hot problems. Ive had it for almost 2 years. Ive had it over there four times to be fixed the problems still has not been fixed last Friday. I was stranded alongside the road. I had to get my own vehicle clear to ******. I called on Monday. He said that he would give me a call back as soon as he figured out what the problem was, I never received a phone call on Tuesday. I finally called at 3 PM. I was told that it was a fuel injector and that he was almost finished Wednesday, I did not hear a word out of them at all. I called at 1:50 PM Thursday. I was told that the fuel injectors were fixed. It runs fine for about 30 minutes and then it starts acting up again. I asked how it was acting up and he blew me off the manager has no idea hes going to take it to an outside guy in ******** , then he finally said that it runs for about 30 minutes and then it starts blowing smoke out of the tailpipes, so that means that the fuel injectors werent the problem. My car came home with missing bolts caps, missing to the air conditioner unit where the Freon leaked out. I was told once that it was the air conditioner compressor and I needed a new alternator. Well, they switched both out both components got home next day smelled burnt plastic, The black caps to the alternator had to be removed because they were burning. They told me it was a faulty alternator fried Both new components so they say. They do not return phone calls,sit in shop for hours my car has not left fixed once. Ive already been without my car all week and I have no idea when Im gonna be able to get it back nor do I even know whats wrong with it nor does the shop even know whats wrong with it he also stated that it was doing the ** off engine hot problem when the smoke was coming out of the tailpipe which is a problem that I have had since the day it rolled off the lot and they were told about it. I need my vehicle for work, I travel daily

    -bought a used 2011 ***** traverse in March 2023 we were told it was serviced before we picked it up Andersons had to take it back a WEEK later for transmission replacement we told them the engine light was also on for the 02 sensor/ they did nothing we were told a USED transmission got put in - have had non stop issues with said vehicle - everytime we contact Andersons we are told they will call us back and NEVER DO - refuse to give a loaner vehicle despite all issues and the vehicle being the PRIMARY mode of transportation for a 4 person family (including 2 children) And our numbers on paper work do not match

    2011 equinox has had issues from day one. Motor mounts axles and suspension and the one that makes the most alarming burning oil 1 quart a week it did this three months from purchase till current I want it fixed and at no charge. Or I want full refund or exchange. I have lost many days of work due to this bad purchase. I have lost about 4000 in income due to car in shop.

    Bought the car in March 2023 car needed a new Cadillac converter was told that they would replace the item and when they finally got the part we took it in and vehicle is still under warranty but they said we had the car for too long so they will have to charge us 650 dollars to change it! Vehicle is still under warranty

    I sold a 2012 ***** avalanche the next day the check engine light came on. I took it to AutoZone. They put it on a computer. The computer told me that the Cadillac converter was out the steering rack was going out and there were 12 other issues with a vehicle that needed maintenance. I change the oil, there was only a quart of oil in it and the sticker said it was changed by Napa ***** the sales person told me theyre just service the vehicle and my wife has had a vehicle through them before and their sticker says ******** ******** I called them and they told me to bring the vehicle to them so I do within an hour. They give me the vehicle back and tell me that it was just a ground wire, but that my steering rack is going out and that they ordered me the part they told me it was OK to drive mind you I know nothing about cars just had to do a little maintenance things like change a tire or oil check fluids and stuff like that. On the way back home to check engine light comes back on. Also the service tire monitor system is flashing I called them and they assured me that it was OK that it could be in a number of things so I continue to drive the vehicle on Thursday, October ********************************************************************************************************************* and my three-year-old son hit a bank thrown 40 foot nose dive into a ditch. My son is OK but I am suffering from broken ribs. I just started a sole proprietor ship six months ago and was doing great and now Im having a hard time working, these people have been nothing but rude I have multiple messages from the owner and employees threats. They charge me $1500 for a down payment. My original payment was 250 but they told me I must pay 500 for the next three payments. I was in an accident because they failed to tell me there was stuff wrong with this car and service the car correctly, they are still trying to make me pay for this car and still being rude to me and my wife

     We feel that we went above and beyond for ****************. We let him take the vehicle with half of the required down payment with an agreement to make payments on the pick up notes. An appointment was set for September 28th to fix his vehicle. He did not show up for this appointment. We were going to fix the issues at no cost to him. On October 12th we received a call from **************** that he had totaled his vehicle. **************** did not have full coverage insurance. We as the lienholder will not be paid for the vehicle. We are very glad that there were no injuries in the accident.

    I wish also to let someone know they sold me the vehicle 30 minutes before they closed ***** the sales woman gave me a stack of papers and told me to sign where all the highlighted parts on the paper are well come to find out the miles on the ***** we except she told me the truck had ******* miles never discussed warranty or anything she usually does I asked her if it was all the same paperwork as before she advised me it was she has the general as my insurance on my paperwork and I have those documents so all reality I was sold a vehicle that the odometer had been messed with and they dont know the mileage she NEVER once told me this

    I was looking at a vehicle from them. They would have the vehicle ready for me the next week. I gave them $1500.00 down payment. From 04/26/2023 until today. I have only drove the car for about a week and a half and the rest the vehicle has been in the shop. I told them that I was not going to give them their $400.00 for car payment until the car is fixed properly. They called me yesterday and informed me that I owe them ******. $400.00 is the car payment and the $200.00 is for the deductible for the parts for the warranty. It was a ac compressor and a temperature sensor that&#**;s what they claim it was this time. The state of ******** sent me the title of the vehicle. I checked to see if there a lien on the title and there isn&#**;*************** on the title. I have asked for a different vehicle they say they can and then they turn around and request for another deposit. I paid to have the vehicle towed over there which was suppose to be covered under the warranty. I would like to clean out my car and for them to give me $1500.00 dollars back they can just keep the car.

    ******************** must bring his account current as well as cover the two deductibles he owes for the most recent repairs. All previous repairs were done at no charge. No refunds will be issued as all sales are Final. It appears the title was mailed to ******************** in error. The state has been notified and is correcting this error. Anderson's and Sons is willing to release ******************** from all commitments, he may bring his keys and the title to our office, clean out his belongings from the car if he wishes to return.

    Yeah I had forgotten to mention the fact that it wasn't even the car that I put the down payment on they told me down payments were non-refundable so I was pretty much stuck with the piece of s*** that I got the car I was looking at only had ****** miles on it the car I get has ******* miles on it and I drove it a week and a half since April till now and if you look at the reviews this is happened to several people this needs to come to a stop even if it requires class action lawsuit

    On October 11th, 2022 I went to this company to purchase a vehicle, I had put $1,000 down for a down payment. I’m hopes of leaving there that day with the vehicle, I had to wait 2 weeks because it didn’t pass the inspection and they had to wait for parts to come in to fix it. That being said, on December 24th, 2022 I was driving home from the gas station down the road from where I live and the car breaks down on me. The next day I get ahold of the lady that sold me the car and she expects me to drive it from Mattoon to Newton, keep in mind that it BROKEDOWN on me. Not to mention, I’m having to put oil in it everyday because there’s an oil leak somewhere. When my dad did an oil change, you could clearly see/smell the oil and tell it was bad and hadn’t been changed. My payments are $144 weekly.

    The vehicle was purchased before the inspection had been done. Which is why Miss ***** had to wait to pick it up. This was made known to her at the time she placed her down payment.  The down payment range Miss ***** had was a difficult area, but we did find her something. We do our best to take care of our customers. Miss ***** had her vehicle for two months when the incident on December 24th took place. Anderson's and Sons does not tow, so she was asked to get it to us. We will gladly take care of any service issues she may have as she has a warranty through our company. There may be a deductible of $75 on covered repairs. It is very important she call our service department at ###-###-#### and get an appointment scheduled for the oil issue. Adding oil everyday definitely suggest a problem. As far as the oil change, we service all our vehicles before the customer takes them home. I do not know how many miles were driven from October to December, black oil can be indicative of many things, but also doesnt make sense if she is having to add so much oil, because in that case the oil should look somewhat fresh. All in all, we will inspect the vehicle and do our best to take care of known issues. As far as payment, the actual car payment is $120 weekly. That payment is firm and cannot be changed, the additional  $24 is for CPI, which is our in house insurance program that covers the vehicle only against total loss or damage. Making the payment a total of $144. If Miss ***** acquires full coverage car insurance this will reduce her payment with us upon showing proof. Once again, I urge Miss ***** to contact Service. Unfortunately these are used vehicles, and when problems arise we do our best to take care of them.

    In September of 2022, I was offered in-house insurance from Anderson's and Sons while calling about sending proof of insurance. After being told it was liability insurance and would add only 60 dollars to my bi-weekly payments of $170, I decided it was a good deal. We set it up and they informed me it would take a week or two for my proof of insurance to be mailed to my address. In November of 2022, I did not receive the proof so I decided to call as I had moved recently after checking with the post office that nothing had been sent in my name nor been returned. I called and updated my address as well as verifying my number. Asking once again about the insurance, I was reassured that it WAS usable driver insurance and they would resend proof of insurance again. In December of 2022, I called once more when it did not arrive for the second time, asking again for proof and pay statements as they do not have a website to pay on and require me to call to pay. After explaining that I had lost my employment and needed to have proof of insurance to safely continue commuting to my new future workplace, They denied me both and hung up on me. In January of 2023, I was pulled over (Nothing in particular, just a missed turn signal) and attempted to explain that I had insurance through Anderson's and Sons. I was informed to show up at court on February 6th to verify proof of insurance and the ticket would be dismissed. Upon working with an appointed attorney, Anderson's and Sons denied proof of insurance and began ignoring my calls. I received a traffic violation, No Insurance offense due to their negligence and lying. They now are retaliating by charging me $700 for services to my truck that I did not receive. I may lose my CDL license over this entire situation but I am not the only one who has had these issues.

    As a business, we do regular check to make sure all of our customer Carry insurance to protect our interest in the vehicle since we are the lienholder. Mr ******* did not have any insurance on is account, we attempted to contact him  and mailed a letter to the address on file with no response from him. At that time we still did not have proof of insurance, so we placed an in house insurance called Collateral protection insurance. This is NOT liability insurance. it covers only the vehicle if it is damaged or totaled, we would get paid for the vehicle or fix it for the customer. Customer must have liability insurance through their own insurance company if they take our CPI. If they get full coverage through their insurance company, they do not need our CPI. Mr ******* misunderstood the coverage although it was explained, when he was ticketed he called and it was once again explained that the coverage was only if the vehicle was damaged. The only reason is was ever placed on Mr ******** account was due to him not having valid insurance. The repairs were performed and legitimate. We actually let Mr. ******* take his truck without paying his repair bill and worked out a payment plan with him which is against policy, but we made the decision to work with him. We have over 20 employees at which all have the ability to answer the phone, we never ignored his calls and have aplogized tremendeously for his misunderstanding.

    Purchased  ********* ******* **** ********** *** **** dealership. I had multiple mechanical issues three months after the purchase. We spent $300.00 to fix it. Then we found out from another car dealer by CarFax that it has been severe damaged to the entire vehicle and she owed $11,500 on it but it is only worth $1,000. The air bag has never been deployed and that is kind of a safety concern as the other car dealer stated to us.
