My elderly father spoke to a sales person for 3 days before taking off work early to make the 4 hr drive to pick up a Polaris. They then added $3,000 onto the price once he was there that had never been discussed or mentioned. This is called bait and switch and is illegal. We will be taking legal action and reporting to FTC. Buyers go anywhere else but here.Review from Shawna R.

I purchased Chevrolet Traverse and was never informed that the vehicle was an accident which caused structural damage to the frame. After multiple trips to the shop and pricey repairs. I was looking to downsize and planned to trade the vehicle. I went to another dealership and the salesman obtain a car-fax for the trade. It was at this time I was informed that the vehicle I had purchased sustained frame damage in an accident months before the purchase. I called the General Manager and explained the situation. He said that he would be glad to trade my vehicle. We discussed other options on the lot. I ran a carfax on 3 other vehicles and they were found to have significant damage as well. Needless to say BOTTOM LINE- DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE SCAMMED!Review from Shayden M.

I bought a car from them January, 2022. It was agreed in the sales contract that an issue the vehicle had would be repaired. Took 3 times for them to fix it correctly, they had the car a total of 20 days. I was told the car would be sold with a 90 day warranty. On the 31st day of ownership, I was informed that the warranty was only 30 days and they would not be covering a repair the vehicle needed unrelated to the issue mentioned in the sales contract. Mind you, the vehicle had sat AT THEIR LOT for a total of 20 days (had to drop the car off 3 times for the same issue) while waiting on the shop to get the car in to be worked on, and I had only put roughly 300 miles on the car. I expected them to help me out since they had the car the majority of the 30 days. Nope, and their reasoning was because we had to put x amount of money Into it to fix it even though it was agreed they would fix it. I WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY HERE. DONT EVEN CONSIDER ONE OF THEIR VEHICLES.
