If a customer selects to call us during our peak call times, they may experience a wait time. However, we have an automated phone system that will offer the customer a call back so that they do not have to wait on the line. Customers may also select to contact us via email, which emails are normally answered within 24 hours. Responses via the mail are dependent on mail delivery to and from our facilities.

Our product packaging is developed to provide protection. We also complete drop tests when new products are launched. We want the products to arrive in good condition to our customers so that they can enjoy their product right away. Since our products are shipped to customers, there is always a very small risk that a product may arrive damaged. If that does happen, the customer can contact us so that we can assist them.

Consumers alleged that the design of the website was confusing and made it so that customers purchased items that were a part of a collection without the customer realizing until they were being billed. On 9/11/2023 the business responded to BBB and stated that once the client selects and adds the collection to their cart, they will be shown the RISK-FREE Subscription verbiage before they SUBMIT their order. The customer can cancel at any time and return any item for a refund.
Per Bradford Exchange, extra verbiage was added to the check out this last year to avoid customer confusion.
As of 9/11/2023, the business has made corrections to the website per the check out and addressed the concerns relating to consumers misunderstanding that a product they purchased was a part of a series collection.
