I was gifted *********************** products for the holiday however the product was delivered to the wrong address, the delivery driver changed the city we provided. . We paid extra for shipping just to have it not arrive on time. Now it is as if there is nonexistent customer service- we have sat on the phone for hours waiting for help and none have picked up or even responded to several emails.Business response

NO ACCOUNT FOUND. Checked Affynet for MP tracking using *********, checked QVC tracking in case it was ordered thru QVC, and checked AE for orders, there are none.Initial Complaint

This past September 18, 2021, I purchased a 3 pack of taffy apples from my local Jewel store. All of the apples in this 3 pack were over ripe and mushy so I had to throw them out. I called the customer service number on 9.20.2021, and was told I would receive a coupon in the next few weeks.This last Friday, October 29, 2021, I purchased another 3 pack of taffy apples and again, they apples were over ripe and mushy; again I threw them out.The lot # on the 1st pack purchased in September 2021 is 1821249-1642TP2, the lot# on the 2nd pack purchased in October 2021 is 1821288-0039TP2. My receipts show I paid $3.99, ($7.98 for the 2 packs), for each pack.The coupon has not arrived and more than several weeks have passed.I am asking the Better Business to assist me in receiving a refund for the bad taffy apples I purchased. I do not feel comfortable purchasing any more of these apples as they will probably be bad and thrown out in the trash.Thank you for your assistance.*************************************Business response
