    My son was hit pulling into our driveway - another car hit the car that hit my son. There was over $1500 damage to my son's car (with the possibility of more underneath). When dealing with the insurance company - they never returned my calls. When they finally did they said that we needed to get the car repaired at their garage. When I researched the garage I found so many complaints about horrible service and shoddy work - it had a complaint that their car was never finished. I brought this up to her - as my son's car was fairly new and had never been in an accident. She said oh well - pay for it yourself. I couldn't believe it. She said that they would get back the deductible as it was not my son's fault. It is now 8 months later and she still does not return my calls. Horrible company..................Cannot believe this is what we pay for monthly. Insurance is nothing but a scam to put money in the insurance companies pockets.

    A drunk driver insured by them hit me at the red light I sent some pictures everything talk to the adjuster. He said my car was totaled. But the drunk driver also hit somebody else and they said they paid for his car first that they dont have enough money to pay out my claim.

    I initiated a claim with lighthouse insurance company on. 11/11/21 .The claims adjuster agreed to distribute a check in the amount of $380.00 at which time I made clear that I wasn't accepting that as a full agreement of cost of repairs He explained to me that claim will remain open until resolved. During the years time when taken to shops I could never get a response back from the insurance company. No shop would allow truck to remain on site without speaking with insurance company. So here we are finally found a shop who was able to reach them and $380.00 check given to them. The repair shop phoned to let me know truck was ready & stated I needed to pay ****** for truck release and if not I would be charged storage fee daily. So I made the payment of ******. This is not right as the insurance company should cover all fees due as their insured was found at fault.
