      On 11/26/22 I ordered a product from this company. I knew it would take a while with holidays coming up but after three weeks I have found out through the *** thats the package is more than likely lost. I contacted *** to file a claim but was unsuccessful due to the seller needing to file the claim instead of receiver. I emailed DnDdice about my 30 dollar order and I have had no communication for over three weeks now from them.

      Dear BBB Team & *******,

      This customer was worried about his order being lost in the mail.  A valid concern considering his order was stuck in a *** sorting center in the Chicagoland area.  ******* mentions in his complaint that he has contacted us and claimed that he received no commutation from us in 3 weeks.  That is completely untrue, as we responded to his emails letting him know about the *** sorting center delay twice in fact.  One response to him was on December 5th, and we responded with the same message again on December 6th in response to new emails that we received from *******.  Screenshots attached.

      To address the customers complaints about the shipping delay.  New updates have since posted on the *** tracking website, as we had mentioned that they would.  *** needed some time to clear up the sorting center delay, and they have done so.  Screenshots of the new tracking updates are attached as well.  Now that new updates are showing for this shipment, we are confident that delivery will happen in the near future.  Furthermore, the tracking updates prove that the package is not lost, despite the customers valid concern.
