    First time orders from Non-Rated accounts require a credit card orcompany check prepayment.  After payment for your first transaction, youmay be set up on an open account basis if we choose to extend terms.
    Credit Cards
    The majority of our customers prefer to pay for their orders bycredit card. Identity-Links accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, andAmerican Express. We do not recommend submitting your credit cardinformation via email. You can call in or fax your card information tous. When providing credit card information, please include your ordernumber, the type of card, the card number, the expiration date, and yourfull name and billing address as it appears on the card.
    When paying by credit card, you will be charged a maximum of 50% ofthe amount stated on your sales order or agreed upon verbally onceapproval for production is given. Please note, Sales Orders do notalways include shipping costs. This secures the merchandise and puts theorder into production to be customized. Should any overruns orunderruns be applicable, we will typically charge or credit your cardwithin 7 business days of order shipment (See terms and conditions).
    Information regarding account number and expiration dates as well asauthorized signatures will be held entirely confidential byIdentity-Links and its representatives.
    Purchase Orders
    If you are a government facility or work off of purchase orders,Identity-Links requires a corporate account to be established. Purchaseorders can be sent in via e-mail, fax, or mail delivery. Once received, asales representative from Identity-Links will contact you to confirmand begin production.
Refund and Exchange Policy
  • No returns of imprinted goods are accepted.Incomplete or partial returns will NOT be accepted. Unauthorizedreturns are NOT accepted. Any imprinted products returned in violationof this policy will be discarded at Identity-Links' discretion.

    Identity-Links strongly advises buyers to open all merchandise tocheck for quality and satisfaction. If any problems arise with anorder, the buyer must contact customer service at 888-282-9507 with theorder number immediately or within 15 days of receipt at the verylatest. After this time, Identity-Links will be unable to go back tosuppliers for credit. If necessary, Identity-Links will issue an RMA(Return Material Authorization) Number and provide the buyer with aspecial shipping address.

    In the case that the buyer believesreceipt of a product or order to be erroneous, customer service mustbe contacted within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.Claims made after this time will not be reviewed. BeforeIdentity-Links can begin to process a claim, a sampling of the goods(quantity will be determined at Identity-Links' discretion) must beprovided for review. Identity-Links reserves the right to take up to 7working days to process a claim from the date of receipt of the goodsin question. Any credits, returns, or refunds will be processedwithin 2 business days after review, unless otherwise noted. ThePayment Terms section further outlines this process.

    In thecase of a buyer error or unauthorized return (including rejectedshipments), the buyer is responsible for the return freight, unlessotherwise noted.
