This morning I had a bit of a plumbing emergency so I called D&R plumbing. Richard Folks picked up the phone. He let me know that he could not do house calls today but he did give me excellent advice such as what to look for in a plumbing company and some questions to ask them to avoid being over-charged in an emergency situation. About 2 minutes later he called me back and asked a few more follow-up questions about my situation. Ultimately he was able to walk me through exactly what I needed to do to mitigate my most pressing water issue as well as advise me on the parts I needed to ultimately fix my problem. I'm not a plumbing expert, so Richard's advice saved me a lot of time and money. Throughout the morning he texted me to check in on my progress until I was able to get my problem fully resolved! This was quite simply over and above service at no charge! I am incredibly grateful and can't say enough good things about D&R plumbing and Richard Folks in particular!Review from Andrew F.

Words cannot express how highly my family thinks of Rich and D&R Plumbing. They have been to our house multiple times over the years and have been exceptional every time. Very knowledgeable yet always able to explain things in simple terms that anyone can understand. Rich even took the time during his most recent visit to wish my daughter a happy birthday and gave her a teddy bear out of the kindness of his heart. Definitely above and beyond. D&R really helped me out in a leaky shower situation on a weekend. They were able to fit us in on a busy Saturday, completed the work quickly and at a very fair price. Customer service was also top notch. We will be using D&R for all future plumbing needs.Review from Melanie R

Called for a clogged kitchen sink the night before Thanksgiving. He immediately said he could come out and it was around 6 pm. The drain cleared and I immediately called him to cancel call. He walked me through what to do to assure it would stay clear. Great service.Review from Kevin

Richard is always very pleasant and timely. You can often call him and he will come within the next 1 to 2 days. His prices are reasonable and he always leaves a very clean environment afterwards. I would definitely recommend using D&R plumbing in the future.

Had another company pressure me into buying a new furnace as they said mine was not going to last another month, luckily I called D&R for a second opinion and they came out same day and fixed it up with 1 part. Piece of mine and a fraction of the cost I almost Spent elsewhere.Review from Milly D.
