I was gifted a bottle of eggnog and it exploded in my fridge. The explosion cause my fridge shelves to crack and my mom was cut by the glass. The product was within it's expiration period and held at safe temperatures (***** degrees) I feel that Oberweis is responsible for my cracked shelves as my fridge is now ruined. I would hate for someone else to *** for having worse injuries due to an explosive milk in their fridge. Attached are photos showing this explosion.Initial Complaint

I had signed up for a subscription mail service from Oberweis that included delivering weekly groceries. After 3 weeks of receiving the service, I realized that I no longer desired to be a customer. Therefore, I called and cancelled my subscription. The very next week they delivered me a box even though I had already cancelled my subscription and I called to tell them that. I left a message and nobody returned my call. They are now charging me for that delivery/items in the delivery, even though I did not order or want them. I have received a letter from Oberweis stating this and threatening to send me to a collections agency. I have attached this letter to this complaint.Business response

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent billing concern with Oberweis Home Delivery Service. We constantly strive towards the goal that each of our guests have a positive experience and work to remedy challenges as swiftly as possible. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the response you have received from our team.
According to company records, home delivery service began on March 13, 2023. ******************** Team has one recorded call from the customers phone number (as listed on their account) on April 9th in which she requested to suspend her delivery on April 10th and resume the following week. In addition, the customer made an online order change to suspend service on April 17th and April 24th. Service resumed as scheduled on May 1st. On May 4th the customer suspended deliveries for May 8th and May 15th. Service resumed on May 22nd as scheduled. There is no record of the customer requesting cancellation of service.
The customer was being billed for deliveries on May 1st and May 22nd. According to company records, the customer did not elect to suspend service on either date. The customers account has been closed and adjusted to zero by the ********************* at Oberweis after their credit card continued to decline.
