My wife and I scheduled appointments a month in advance to have massages on 2/18/2022. Two weeks ago the Massage Envy in ************ called and had to reschedule our appointment because the therapist quit. The day of our appointment we received a voice-mail 45 minutes before our appointment and were told my wife's therapist didn't show up to work and they would have to cancel her appointment. I called the office to see if there was anything we could do to salvage the nice day we had planned and was told no. Upset with the unprofessional events unfolding I asked to speak to the manager and was told by ******* that the general manager wouldn't be in until Saturday 2/19/2022 and would follow up with some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. We never received that phone call. To add insult to injury we have gift cards to Massage Envy we intended to use during our visit, so Massage Envy has basically been paid for a service and are now making us jump through hoops to redeem.
