On May 9th I took my dog to get what I thought was an umbilical hernia. Upon picking up my dog I was told it was not a hernia and it was in fact a mass. They asked if I wanted to pay $140 extra for the mass to be sent to the lab for further study to make sure it wasnt cancerous, I agreed. I was advised that the results would come back in about 10 days and they would notify me. On the 10th day I called and there was no response so sent them a message through their website contact form and no response either. Ive submitted 3 messages through their website, 3 phone calls and one Voicemail. I am asking for my money back at this point because I am taking this as fraud, charging extra for an exam I dont even know at this point they ever sent to the lab.Initial Complaint

I paid to have my dog vaccinated and a heart worm test done. The clinic told me they would provide proof to ******* pharmacy so I could get my dog preventative heart worm medicine. This was told me over the phone before I got the vaccinations. After I got the vaccinations the clinic refused to have any dither contact with me and also did not fill out anything for *******. I believe I was discriminated against due to being African ********. As all the employees are white. The clinic director was very rude and asked me what was wrong with me. Very insulting and unprofessional.Business response

***************************** visited our clinic on Saturday May 13th. She requested a prescription from ******* for her dog. We respond to all prescription request as they are received. ******* Sent the request for the Prescripton on Friday May 19th at 10:09 am. ***** sent an email on Friday May 19th at 12:53pm stating that we were refusing to fullfill the ******* Request and that it was because she was black and that we were discriminating against her. We have no idea who this request is for when it is received, only by name. With over ****** clients of all ethnic backgrounds, the notion that we refused to fullfill this request in 2 hours and 44 minutes after it was received is absurd. ******* will not accept phone prescriptions, they must be signed by the prescribing doctor. ********* clinical doctor is at our clinic twice monthly and drives 1 hour 45 minutes to our clinic when she works. The expectation that I have this doctor drive 3 hours to sign this document the minute it was received is beyond unrealistic, and that I would be required to pay this doctor a minimum of 6 hours in which to drive down to sign this document is also unrealistic. This medicine is not life threating nor a treatment plan but yet a preventative and is not considered an emergency. All corresponding documentation is attached.
