    I ordered a ***** ******* II S-435 Propane Grill Stainless Steel grill on Memorial Day, after spending a lot of time weighing the many different options at many different stores and sales. The product was listed on Bar-B-Que.com as in stock, and the order was authorized and awaiting fulfillment.I received an email from them the next day that they depleted their stock of the specific grill that I ordered, and that the manufacturer discontinued the model. They mentioned another model in stock, which is equivalent (the manufacturer simply changed the model # of roughly the exact same product). However, this other model costs $300 more. They canceled my order.At the time of the order, the item was either falsely listed as in stock, or they fulfilled another person's order ahead of mine despite the fact that the order went through. As Memorial Day sales are now over, I am no longer able to benefit from an alternative Memorial Day sale due to this issue and will end up having to pay a lot more for an alternative grill than I would have, had they not made this error.I requested them to send me the alternative model at the original price (given it is the exact same product), but they refused. I followed up with them again to better explain how I was adversely effected by this error, and received no response as of this writing.

    I spent $300.00 on three accessories for my new ***** Grill: ***** **** Crafted Grill Top Griddle ***** **** Crafted Dual Sided Searing Grate ***** **** Crafted Stainless Steel Roasting Basket Yet, I only received the Roasting Basket. It appears that the ***** package had either broken open and spilled out the heavier contents of the griddle and grate or somebody stole them. Supposedly Bar-B-Que.com has filed a complaint with ***** but they are now ignoring my follow-up emails. So far, it looks as if this business will push the cost of loss onto me, the consumer.2-stars instead of 1 simply because this appears to be a ***** mistake, but the business is not rectifying the issue by either refund, or re-sending the two lost pieces.-*****
