Date of transaction: 1/24/24 I ordered a coat through a merchant advertising on Instagram. After waiting weeks and the coat still had not shipped I grew suspicious and contacted them through the customer service email. Per their online policy I asked for a refund and they responded and said they processed the refund and that I would receive the credit within 7 business days. It has been 52 calendar days since then and they have not credited my account and will no longer respond. I believe this company is a fraudulent company that was set up to take money from people without the intent to ever ship anything.Initial Complaint

They delivered a package and it was stolen. They have been doing nothing but running me around back and forth trying to get things for them and they have started to ignore me completely. They also ignored an email asking to cancel the order in the first place. Horrible customer service and it seems as though most people agree they are a scam. Order placed 12/22.Last tracking updated showed as in **********/26.Now shows as tracking canceled. Company responded to my email inquiry 1/21 and said they would look into my order. I have followed up 3 times with no response. Requested cancellation 1/31.Initial Complaint

I ordered items on 7 January ****. Order #****. I was informed of the item being shipped on the same day. The tracking number shows that a label was created but the item was not received by the postal service. Tracking number is: 92055903704848632193145497.Since then the status has not changed. I've emailed the company directly and used the online web feedback form and have had no response. The phone number listed through my credit card company is not valid. I would like to report this company as fraudulent. I would also like a refund.
