              We have a membership with AARP Nationwide Roadside Assistance, ************** through the above business. We have been a member for over 20 years starting in ****. Our membership number is ***********. On February 9, 2023, our vehicle broke down and we contacted roadside assistance on the above number. They verified our policy and transferred us to another person when this person said they could not verify our policy and we would have to pay 136,73 for the tow. We were broke down, so we paid with my wife **** debit card and they took the amount out confirm #**************** from the bank. A week later we talked to ****** and he said someone would contact us 72 hrs. No one called. On 3-7-23, I talked to ***** on 1-800=527-4189 and he said they did not charge us. The above conformation number is from the bank on my wife debit card. When talking to them they kept putting us on hold and acted like they were not familiar with there policy. The only reason we paid with my wife debit card was because we were broke down and told them we would straighten it out after we got our vehicle to safety. Your attention in this matter is appreciated.
