From before signing the contract to the very end, the quality of service from **************************** and ***** and the team has been nothing short of amazing! They were so great at communicating throughout the process, the quality is excellent and we couldnt be more pleased with the outcome of our new garage. We are very pleased with the final construction and quality workmanship. There were quite a few schedule delays (total of about 3 months) with the construction because of supply issues with various materials. However, they communicated well and and kept us informed of the delays and schedule impacts. Overall, we would recommend their services!

My daughter and her husband recently purchased a lovely home in *************, however it did not come with a garage. After several quotes and recommendations, they settled on Heartland Garage Builders. The team was excellent and the garage is perfect. Dont know where to start - frustrating too because our garage is pictured here on the BBB website. After receiving a few quotes on a tear down of a 1 car garage, and a brand new build of a 2.5 car garage, we decided to go with the company that presented themselves very well even though they were the most expensive. We thought we were going to get high quality work and a high quality garage. Since we signed the contract, its been down hill from there. Its going to be almost 2 years now (since we signed the contract) and its just been problem after problem. They tore down our garage on 4-29-2021. They told us it would take, AT MOST, 3 months from start to finish (no, I dont have that in writing. Didnt think I needed to). They finished in November of 2021. I have text after text and email after email of them just telling us ANYTHING to get rid of us for a week or 2 during all those extra months. Anyway, after the winter, we noticed that our concrete driveway was crumbling (they poured the concrete). Long story short with that, they had to replace it. Ill give them that. They did replace it. I could go on and on but worst part about this is water is getting into our garage and not one of them has been out to see it for themselves. They keep telling us someone is coming (emails and texts to prove) but nobody comes on time, ever. They do respond to emails, but avoid all direct contact with us. I have called them multiple times, and they rarely answer. Bottom line, we bought a garage that we still cant get fixed and water continues to get into it. What would you do (almost) 2 years later after you bought a garage and its not dry and they continue to ignore you, send you emails saying anything just to get rid of you for the time being? So much more I left out of this bad experience with this company and their service but only a certain amount of characters were allowed for this review.

We sincerely apologize for the delays in getting your punch list completed. We have responded to all the requests for warranty service and are continually working on arranging trades to complete the repairs. Unfortunately with the current state of the economy and labor situation, it has been incredibly difficult to get trades to show up, especially for repair work such as yours. We are encountering constant delays and cancellations due to trades not showing up, not only on your job but countless others as well so we absolutely understand your frustration. The last few items are scheduled for the week of September 12th at which point all of your items should be completed (weather permitting).
