Date of service - December 2022 $2,822 new Garage door and installation door has malfunctioned several times Owner, *****************************, came back once to re-secure the opener to the ceiling but failed to recognize the root cause of the dangerous malfunction (track binding due to improper installation leaving no leeway for door to operate properly and safely which is directly causing the arm connected to the opener to bow and snap creating a large jolt to the ceiling & knocking the whole system loose. in addition, the opener was being so damaged by the malfunctions the motor burned out and it errored and shut off on it's own. It currently does not operate). When we notified him of the continuous problems, he initially ignored it. Upon my follow up text, he called and denied any of the issues were his fault and offered no assistance or refund for what we now have to deal with upon at further expense to have someone else fix. In addition to leaving us on our own with a dangerous door that we cannot use in fear it will fall on one of us or a family member, he accused me of lying about the situation and told me because I signed off on the job when it was done, it's all satisfactory in his opinion because it's been 6 months. A brand new garage door should last more than 6 months!
