I do not appreciate the amount of times that this company has sent me multiple emails and I continue to send it to abuse @ bbb. Com and you still do nothing to remove these emails from my spam inbox. So now Im inquiring about this problem and Im letting you be made perfectly aware that if this company shows up again in my spam folder Im calling the company up tonight or the earliest time frame being Monday to let them know their emails frustrate me to no end and will have them stop sending me emails to my spam folderBusiness response

We are writing in response to complaint #********. We are HealthSmart of ******** a doctors office located in **********, **. We believe this person has the wrong business, this name does not come up in our system and we do not send out emails. We would greatly appreciate you contacting this person and clarifying with them what our business is and remove this complaint from ****************************************
