      Allstate insurance company is so bad with Communications and charges money without explaining or providing any documents to explain about the charges. To be specific ***************************** at ************************************************************ worst customer service. When I called her ask for a full refund for the policy she stated without my consent. She stated that it is out of her jurisdiction and hang up the phone on me. She denied that she received emails from me about my refund and ignoring me. I hope I can do something about it so i can get my full refund. It is not fare for her to take money from older people and the law can help me with this situation.

      This is an awful company to deal with. I have had homeowner insurance for about 28 years. File a claim and you will get a chance to see their good hands at work. I have been hit by hail several times and Hurricane ***** with roof damage. They noted shingles missing, fence down and hail damage. Both times a claim was submitted and denied or not paid. Several roofers indicated that the shingles to replace are not for sale. It is going to cost me $22,000 to get everything corrected. What is the purpose of insurance? RUN! RUN! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALLSTATE. THEY DO NOT PAY.

      Allstate sends too many emails. I am always getting unnecessary e-mails from Allstate. Example, right after I renewed my auto policy they send me an email telling me I have new documents. The document tells me Allstate made a mistake on my declaration page address but it has been corrected. Really Allstate, does it effect my policy? Allstate has more information than they can handle or manage. They waste customers time with all their information and emails. Need better communication policies. Bottom line, leave me alone!

      I wrecked my wave runners on the 4th of July, I have full coverage with Allstate and turned in a claim, I have never felt like I was being treated like a criminal in my whole life. They have looked for any and everything they could to deny the claim. I could go on and on but I'll save ya the drama ?? all I can say is buyer beware... your only in good hands as long as your putting money in there's!! As soon as they have to pay a claim forget about it!

      I have been an Allstate user for 8 years, my experience was very bad, after Hurricane *****, I suffered damage to the roof of the house and I had leaks, I went to the office that handles my account, and the advice they gave me was not to I made a complaint because they were not going to help me, how right the contractors I spoke with were, they did not even want to make the estimate to present it to the All State company, because they said it was for pleasure to do so, since they never resolve in favor of the insured, the advice they gave me is to look for another insurance company.

      Allstate is a scam of a company we had some high winds come through blew shingles off my roof called and opened a claim they sent out their adjuster my roof leaked causing mold on my ceilings and they said they couldn't cover it because it wasn't a sudden loss but the premium keeps going up I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.

      We had Esurance (Allstate) in **********, and they are leaving and not renewing policies. They automatically wrote policy through Direct Auto Insurance. The premium almost doubled to 2k a 6 months vs 2400 a year. I had to call and cancel to make sure they don't charge me. Got new policy through major carrier for cheaper for same price esurance used to be. It seems that direct auto is Allstate company, so basically Allstate is trying to forcibly double your insurance rates by transferring policy from one of their companies to another. What a scam, will never do business again and recommend to do the same for everyone else 0 stars.

      Where did their "A" rating come from?? They denied our roof claim claiming their "technology" proves roof damage happened before we opened our EXTENDED ROOF COVERAGE policy even though we stated roof shingles had not broken off our roof before the May 16' ******************************************** *****. Crooks!

      I switched to Allstate insurance for home and auto and was going to save some money for the year after leaving my previous insurer. Allstate sent someone out to take pictures of my home a couple weeks into it. They called me saying I had tree limbs touching my roof(Not true)and that I needed my roof inspected that my previous insurer should pay for a new roof. My home had previously been inspected and my roof was in good condition. I let them know these facts and canceled with them immediately after getting reinsured with my previous insurer. I rather pay a little more and have piece of mind than be lied to.

      Great example of why *** caps are important. I was laid off, my *********** went into arrears with them for a few months. I managed to find work and wanted to clear my account before they charged my bank again and get in good standings with them. Emailed and asked if I could set up a PAD and if it would clear my outstanding balance. Rep said my previous PAD information is deleted from record and I would have to pay the outstanding balance first before setting up a new PAD. Within an hour of trying to reconcile my account I get two emails back to back, one for home insurance balance + $50 *** charge. 10 minutes later, auto insurance balance + $50 *** fee. The outstanding balance I owed them was $320. With the *** charges it was now $420, a 31% increase in service charges alone after trying to pay my bill the day it was due.
